Carex rosea
Curly Wood Sedge is a great plant for the dry shady garden!  It prefers part sun to full shade, average to dry soil, and gets about 1’ tall.  Curly Wood Sedge forms neat clumps of green fine-leaved mounds in early spring, and re-grows in the fall.  Pairs well with other woodland flowers!
