Physocarpus opulifolius
Prairie Ninebark white flowers are used by many species of native bees and butterflies. The shrub looks delightful in the landscape and is a great alternative to many of the Ninebark cultivars!  It prefers full to part sun, average to dry soil.  It can reach a height of 8’ and a spread of 6’, but regular pruning will keep it smaller.  The bark is beautiful!
