Eryngium yuccifolium
It’s an awesome plant with an awesome name!  Rattlesnake Master has white ball-shaped flowers July-September and grows about 4’ tall.  It prefers full to part sun, and almost any soil except wet.  Rattlesnake Master is a great addition to your pollinator garden as it attracts many species of bees, butterflies, and skippers.
